Theresa Chisolm is a professor in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders
               and a director of the Auditory Rehabilitation and Clinical Trials laboratory. Dr.
               Chisolm has been a faculty member at USF since 1988 and has served as both Department
               Chair and Vice Provost. Dr. Chisolm is an American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
               certified audiologist with license to practice in the state of 91ÉçÇø. Her clinical
               speciality is audiological rehabilitation in children and adults. Her recent research
               focuses on issues related to treatement efficacy, including hearing aid intervention
               and post-hearing aid fitting intervention strategies. She is also known for her work
               in evidence-based practice as it relates to audiology intervention. Dr. Chisolm's
               current collaborative NIH-funded research has focused on examining the potential for
               best practice hearing intervention to reduce the trajectory of cognitive decline in
               older adults.
