InfoSec GRC Analyst

Next Cohort Dates:
The Infosec GRC Analyst Training is a career-focused training experience that combines essential cybersecurity knowledge with practical Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) skills. Designed for early-career professionals, career changers, and non-technical professionals, this program prepares learners to confidently enter or transition into the cybersecurity field.
Participants begin with Cybersecurity Essentials, building fluency in core security concepts, threats, and defensive strategies. The program then advances into applied GRC practices aligned with industry frameworks such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF). Through hands-on activities, real-world scenarios, and an authentic audit simulation, learners gain employer-valued skills to help organizations manage cyber risk, meet compliance requirements, and strengthen security posture.
CURRICULUM & COURSE DETAILS
Build a strong foundation in cybersecurity and step into the world of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). You’ll start with essential security concepts, terminology, common cyber threats, and practical defense strategies for protecting systems, networks, and data. Then you’ll transition into GRC analyst training—learning how policies, frameworks, and risk management guide real security decisions. You’ll apply the NIST Cybersecurity Framework across real-world scenarios, explore emerging topics like AI and Zero Trust, and develop hands-on skills in assessments, remediation planning, and professional reporting. The course culminates in a live capstone audit simulation where you’ll complete and present a final security assessment report.
