Dragana 沤ivkovi膰

As both a first-generation college graduate and a former USF student, I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to find your path, change directions, and still stay on track to graduate. During my time at the 91社区, where I completed both my undergraduate and master鈥檚 degrees, I experienced the uncertainties that come with shifting majors and long-term goals. Those experiences shaped my belief that growth is not always linear and that with the right support, students can succeed through change.
I later pursued my PhD at 91社区 State University, where I worked closely with undergraduate students as an instructor and grader. In the classroom, I saw how often students face challenges with time management, study strategies, and balancing responsibilities, and I became deeply committed to helping them build the tools they need to succeed. Now, as an Academic Advocate, I am dedicated to meeting students where they are, helping them navigate obstacles, and supporting them in reaching their goals. I strive to create a space where students feel heard, supported, and confident in their ability to move forward no matter where they are in their journey.
