Admission to USF is more competitive than ever, but we've kept the process of applying simple. Learn how to complete your graduate application in six easy steps.

Step 1: Submit Your Application

Step 2: Pay Your Application Fee
Pay the nonrefundable $30 application fee.
How to Submit Application Fee
Pay the graduate degree-seeking application fee through the

- Log into your online application
- Select "Pay Now"
- Submit payment using a credit card (Discover, Master Card, and Visa) or E-Check (personal
checking/savings account).
- International Students ONLY: electronic fund transfer from international banks through Flywire.

Step 3: Submit Official College Transcript(s)
For each institution of higher learning you've attended, send a transcript to USF through the official electronic submission of your institution, or mail in a sealed envelope to:

Uploading unofficial transcripts to the application portal may expedite processing of your application. We strongly encourage this practice. Unofficial transcripts will be used for the initial review of your application. Your admission will not be finalized until we receive your official transcripts from all institutions you've attended.

Step 4: Submit Test Scores
If your program requires any test scores (GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, etc.), you must request that your testing agency send your scores directly to USF. Your standardized test date must have been within five years of your desired term of entry.
Uploading unofficial scores to the application portal may expedite the processing of your application. Your admission will not be finalized until we receive your official test scores.

Step 5: Submit Additional Information
Upload any other (resumes, personal statements, etc.) to the online application portal.

Step 6: Answer Conduct Clearance Questions
All graduate applicants are required to answer the Conduct Clearance questions of the graduate application. The answers to the two questions must be received and cleared by Student Rights and Responsibilities, if warranted, before the applicant is notified of the admission decision.
