10/08/25 — Kitija Laksa (Psychology BA 2019) was recently inducted into the USF Athletic Hall of Fame in the Class of 2025. She was a star basketball player at USF. Her accomplishments include leading the NCAA in free throw percentage with a 96.5 percent mark in 2017-18 when she missed just four times in 115 attempts.

10/01/25 — CNS doctoral student Tara Perreault was interviewed October 1 on Fox News' Charley’s World in segments on Busch Gardens’ Howl O Scream. Tara gave a clear explanation of the physiological reasons why people enjoy being scared AND gave a great shout out to the CNS program.
