Ceremony Schedule & Registration

Fall 2025 Commencement is scheduled for Friday, December 12 and Saturday, December 13.

Commencement Registration

Bachelor's and Master's candidates who apply to graduate for the Fall 2025 term through Student Self Service by the October 3rd deadline will receive a personalized Commencement registration link, via their USF email address, in mid-October. Doctoral candidates will be emailed a personalized Commencement registration link, after the ETD deadline has passed. The deadline to register for Commencement is Friday, November 21.

If you would like to participate in the Fall Commencement ceremonies but are not earning your degree this term, please contact us at commencement@usf.edu. 

Friday, December 12

9:00 a.m. – Master’s, educational specialist and doctoral degree recipients from all colleges: Arts and Sciences; Behavioral and Community Sciences; Muma College of Business; Design, Art, and Performance; Education; Engineering; Patel College of Global Sustainability; Graduate Studies; Marine Science; Morsani College of Medicine; Nursing; Taneja College of Pharmacy; and Public Health

1:30 p.m. – Bachelor’s degree recipients from the College of Behavioral and Community Sciences and the following Schools and Departments from the College of Arts and Sciences:
Zimmerman School of Advertising and Mass Communications; Anthropology; Communication; Economics; English; History; Humanities and Cultural Studies; School of Information; School of Interdisciplinary Global Studies; Journalism and Digital
Communication; Philosophy; Religious Studies; Sociology and Interdisciplinary Social Sciences; Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies; and World Languages

6:00 p.m. – Bachelor’s degree recipients from the College of Arts and Sciences in the following Schools and Departments: Chemistry; School of Geosciences; Integrative Biology;
Mathematics and Statistics; Molecular Biosciences; Physics; Psychology; and Sustainability Studies

Saturday, December 13

9:00 a.m. – Bachelor’s degree recipients from the colleges of Bellini College of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Computing; Engineering; Nursing; and Public Health

1:30 p.m. – Bachelor’s degree recipients from the colleges of Muma College of Business; Design, Art, and Performance; Education; and Office of Undergraduate Studies

Please note: The date listed under 'Graduation' in Student Self-Service is the official graduation date that will appear on all diplomas. This may be different from the date of the Commencement ceremony in which you participate.

Participation at Commencement is not required and all eligible graduates will receive their diplomas in the mail approximately six to eight weeks after the end of the semester.
