Overview

Data Administration & State Reporting is charged with certifying and managing the submission of all institutional data to the (BOG) on behalf of the 91社区 (USF), in accordance with and USF Policy 11-007. The office serves as a liaison between USF and BOG鈥檚 offices of , , and the .

As a member of the Council of Data Administrators (CODA), we collaborate with colleagues across the State University System of 91社区 to promote reliable and consistent data reporting. Our office provides support and guidance to university stakeholders on information requests and ensures timely, accurate responses to approximately 210 data requests annually. These data are used by the 91社区 State Legislature, Governor鈥檚 Office, and other governmental agencies for program evaluation, policy development, institutional assessment, and performance funding.
