The OneUSF Undergraduate Research Conference is open to all USF undergraduates regardless of major, as well as those within one-year post-graduation.  

Conference Dates and Schedules 

  • Tampa Campus: Monday, April 20, 2026, from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Deadline for Student Abstract Submission: Tuesday, March 24 (Abstract Portal is now closed)
  • Final Decision/Acceptance Notification: Thursday, March 26
  • Deadline to Request Poster Printing: Monday, April 6
  • Conference Registration Deadline: Monday, April 13
  • Poster Pick-up Instructions: Monday, April 13
  • Poster Pick-up Dates: Tuesday, April 14, Wednesday, April 15, and Thursday, April 16 

Registration

Research Types

  • Poster presentations
  • Oral Presentations (5-8 minutes maximum plus 2 minutes for Q&A)
  • Creative/Performative Research (10 minutes maximum) 

Poster Printing 

  • Posters should be formatted 48" W x 36" H. Poster templates can be found online. These templates are provided for convenience and may be edited to fit your needs. You also have the option to make your own; just be sure to follow USF branding guidelines for your colors and logos. 
  • If you choose to print your poster yourself, you can print your poster at any time prior to the conference. All posters must be 48’x36’ (width x height) in size. It is highly recommended to print your poster as early as possible, or at least 48 hours in advance!
    • Posters can be printed in the , , or through one of the .
      • Students may print posters in the Tampa library for $22.46 (Satin) or $15.90 (Plain).
      • ProCopy also provides poster printing services and provides a discount to USF students.
    • Presenters are responsible for finding their poster spot, securing their poster(s) to the provided poster board, and removing their poster(s) at the end of the conference.
